We provide custom AI-assisted digital artwork based on photos of pets submitted by you. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and submit the photos you upload to our platform. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, and modify the uploaded photo solely for the purpose of creating your portrait.
Once final delivery is complete and all payments are cleared, we transfer the personal usage rights of the generated digital portrait to you. You are free to print, share, and use the portrait for personal, non-commercial purposes. Pawcasso AI retains the right to display the generated portrait on our website, social media, and marketing materials as portfolio pieces, unless you explicitly request us not to do so in writing.
All payments are securely processed through Western Bid. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
Pawcasso AI and its designers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website or the custom artwork delivered. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
