At Pawcasso AI, we create custom, personalized digital artwork of your pets. We want you to buy with 100% confidence, which is why we do not charge anything upfront.
You pay $0 when submitting your request. We will generate the preview sketch of your pet and send you a watermarked version to review.
If you are not satisfied with the preview, you can request unlimited free edits. If you decide you do not want the artwork at all, you can cancel the request at any time before payment, and you will owe us nothing.
Once you are 100% happy with the watermarked preview, we will send you a secure payment link on our ArtMajeur gallery ($29 for the digital portrait, or options to order high-quality physical canvas prints). After payment is completed, you will immediately receive the unwatermarked, high-resolution files, or your physical print will be sent into production and shipped directly to you.
Because you have the opportunity to review, edit, and approve the artwork before making any payment, we do not offer refunds after the final unwatermarked files have been delivered. All sales are final once payment is completed and high-resolution files are sent.
