Pawcasso AI offers both digital downloads and high-quality physical prints (canvases, posters). This policy outlines how your custom pet portrait will be delivered to you.

1. Delivery Formats

Depending on your selection during the ArtMajeur checkout, your order will be delivered in one of two formats:

Digital Download: You will receive a high-resolution digital image in 300 DPI (print-ready quality) in multiple aspect ratios (4:5, 3:4, 1:1, and 2:3) to fit standard frames. Delivered in PNG and high-quality JPG formats.
Physical Canvas Prints & Posters: Professionally printed and shipped directly to your address. ArtMajeur handles the production, packaging, and global shipping of all canvas, paper, or metal prints.

2. Delivery Timeline

Our standard production and shipping timeline is as follows:

First Preview Sketch: You will receive a watermarked preview of your portrait via email within 24 to 48 hours of submitting your request and uploading a valid photo.
Revisions: Revisions are completed within 12 to 24 hours of your feedback.
Final Digital Delivery: Once you approve the preview, we will upload it to ArtMajeur and send you the link. Upon purchase, digital downloads are available immediately.
Physical Shipping: For canvas prints and posters, production takes 2 to 4 business days. Global shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided by ArtMajeur.

3. Delivery and Shipping Charges

Digital Downloads: 100% free delivery. There are zero delivery fees or shipping charges.
Physical Prints: Shipping charges are calculated automatically by ArtMajeur during checkout based on the size of the print and your shipping address.

4. Non-Receipt of Digital Files

If you have not received your preview email or download link within the designated 48 hours, please check your Spam/Junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us at pawcassoai26@gmail.com with your Order ID, and we will resend your files immediately.
